Truth : You are either a diabetic or a non diabetic. Don't fool yourself
Myth 2:
"I have diabetes, so I eat Chapathis at night and I am OK:
Truth: Rice and wheat are both carbohydrates affecting blood sugar. rice being cooked soft means sugar enters the blood much faster than sugar from Wheat
Myth 3:

Truth: Stroke is Brain attack and different from heart attack
