02 - HEALTH

When it Comes to Health and Staying Alive I have faced endured a Virtually impossible journey and escaped death as many as 8 times in 75 years. I wouldn't wish these on my worst enemy 

I don't have enemies as such but just people whom I don't like and are not worthy of my time, so why waste precious time on them - So I draw a line across their names and Zap them Out of My Life for ever.

Having said that I want family and friends who may be interested to benefit from my life experiences, so they can try and avoid the same mistakes in Life and Live a Better Life

The Most Important Rule:

LISTEN TO YOUR BODY ALWAYS

IT IS TRYING TO TELL YOU SOMETHING IMPORTANT ALWAYS

- If you are short of breath, your body is telling you you it needs more oxygen

- If you are thirsty, your body is telling you you it needs more water (not coffee, tea, soft drink or beer - they are all dehydrants)

- If you feel hungry, your body is telling you it is lacking something. Could be Protein or Carbohydrates or Vitamins. Could be any thing. Calcium Potassium, magnesium any thing.

Hunger does not mean stuffing ourselves with Junk Food and soft Drinks.

I learnt this important lesson from Baileys Vet. My wife was complaining that Bailey is greedy and always hankering for food. The Vet explained you are giving Bailey the same Dry food all his life and he may be lacking some very important nutrients not obtained from his dry food making him hungry all the time

This explains why we need to eat balanced diets that are nutritious. Hunger does not mean you can eat what you like to your hearts content.

PAIN:

Pain tells us something is wrong with that part of the body and to take necessary precaution and action. Don't Complain about Pain and  don't ignore pain either.
